Even after repeated reminders ,the company failed to pickup router and return my security deposit for same as per initial agreement , they kept giving excuses of lockdown ,staff etc even though new connections were being issued by them at same frame of time, with their technical team working over poles , I have upi transfer proof during that period in one of their staff account for connection restoration, this shows all other works were /are going fine ,only pickup service not available for my case
