I was approached for rooftop solar panel installation for my residence by zunroof executive Sharath.
They had promised installation and complete meter up by * months after ***% payment.
And delivery at each stages of payment.
I did initial payment and got my site visit and analysis done. Approved the layout for installation.
Later paid **% and then inverter was due for delivery. But there was lot of delays and i had to follow up many times and finally got it delivered.
After which they asked for ***% payment which I was not comfortable because of previous experience. I asked them to mail all the deadline and terms which they did and then again after payment they have delayed forever.
It's now been more than a year and still haven't received any delivery of panels or anything.
They are playing with customers.
