Hello Sir,

I have purchased the Usha Shriram ro purifier on **th august ****.After * months I have seen that it was completely stopped working and I have given complain on **rd Nov ****(complain no-*****) in Customer Sservice .According to Usha's company policy complain will be resolved with in ** hours .But still now it is not resolved yet.After calling several time the customer service people keep on delaying to solve the problem .I am completely frustrated and I want to return this RO Purifier to be return to Usha Shriram company and complete reimbursement .I have attached the bill as well.
