I had ordered a drilling machine from snapdeal on **Th may. I received the order on **rd may. I checked the order on the same day and found out that it was giving an electric shock and did not meet my expectations. I decided to return it through the “Return” option on their website. I mentioned the reason as “Did not meet my expectations”. An email came from their customer care that they would look to my request and try to solve my issue within ** hours. On **th may, they mailed to me that my request could not be processed as I had not returned the product as it was. I had returned the product as it was, with the mrp tag and invoice. I again complained about this and told them that I had not done any alterations. But they did not listen and said that nothing can be done and product would be returned soon. The next day a call came again from snapdeal and the person said that I should have mentioned the appropriate reason for the shock. I told him that the email said I had altered the product and he was giving me a different reason. But he again said that nothing could be done. Yesterday the Product was returned to me. Today, I got to hear a different reason from the customer care. The person said that I had returned a machine which had a different colour, which is impossible. I had returned the same machine as it is. Why would a customer do that? I have been through a lot of harassment in the past few days, got no help from snapdeal, hence I want my complaint to be heard here. I hope my complaint is heard and understood and I will be helped soon. I intend to get my inr ****(cost of the machine) back. I hope my request is fulfilled.
