- Return pick up not done of my wardrobe Open

I got a faulty four door wardrobe from
Flipkart for which return was accepted and product was Uninstalled and packed for return after which I got a mail that I need to shop back the product to Hyderabad from Delhi then only replacement will be provided. How ridiculous it can be. Then I filed a complaint with Flipkart so they assured of return pick up within ** hours which was not done and as per the mail copy attached the return pick up should be done today which has not been done yet. I am still waiting for return pick and replacement of such an expensive product.
