Sir I've recently ordered a product from myntra.
But they given me a very wrong product. Am not satisfied with that.
They are giving very wrong information to courier service (EKART).
Three times they are cheating me, three times i return the same product in different dates. Three times even the delivery boy came still they are sending them wrong info to courier service finally i complaint to myntra means i contact with myntra customer care, they accept the mistake and got a message from them that they resolved the problem within * days delivery boy will come and pickup. next day he came but they (myntra repeated the same fault)
All the proof is with me from them.
I am moving legally.
