I ordered a baby cot for approx INR **** from Amazon.in as a gift. I found scratches on the product and a bolt missing. So I sent a return request. I contacted Amazon several times but no one came to pick this up. They are just buying time every time and not trying to find a solution. I am worried that my money is stuck with them now.
