- Return package not being picked up ^Closed

I have placed an order using my other phone mumber which is **********. Quality of the order was not at all good so I placed for the return of it. I got promised that on **st dec. **** someone from meesho will pick my return order nd refund would be initiated. However nobody came. I raised a complaint at meesho then I it was escalated and again got promised from meesho on call that my order would be returned on *th January. Without my information my return got cancelled nd nobody came to receive return. I called to meesho using my other phone number which is ********** and spoke with the customer service employee named Neha.. and I told her why didn't anyone came to receive the return. She told me that return got cancelled and will be done on *th January now. When I asked why it got cancelled she told me that she doesn't know. I asked to speak with her manager but she denied saying manager is not free. Then I informed her that I am suffering inconvenience because of meesho as they are not sending anyone to pick up return order moreover I told her that I had to take leave as I was waiting for meesho on *th January then she replied by saying that my family could have received the order. My mom dad are not fit enough to deal with this. She was very rude and she replied as if it was not their fault. She had no answering rather she started blaming me and my family. I asked her what are the action plans that meesho has if nobody is coming to get return order and what if it's not customer's fault? Meesho has made false promised and I had to deal with the rude customer service. The calls are being recorded and my complaint is registered to meesho account as well which is ********** ILA SHARMA.
