This is with regard to service ticket no *******, I had registered the complaint on ** July ****, the product was undelivered and marked as lost by the delivery company and a new complaint ******* has been registered. which like the same was shown not found by the delivery company. So after * months, i still haven't received the product nor a company message regarding the same. I have also send multiple emails to the company and called the customer care and it goes to the phone menu and atllast calls get disconnects saying "We will get back to you!". I would want a resolution very fast!
