I made a reservation for Colive Ruby, Hyderabad by paying Rs**** as per instructions of sales executive Mousmi. My booking was taken for an unavailable room and was never updated in the booking. Later the sales executive accepted it to be her mistake. And the other options of stay she suggested were not accessible and feasible. So she agreed to pay me the refund and there's no communication from here side since.
