I had my nmat proctored scheduled from home @*am on **/**/****. My nmat id is GD*********. I could not start my exam as when I clicked on to begin exam to connect to the proctor, a server error window opened up (server error ***: file or directory not found) . I even tried calling on the customer support number but nobody responded. After **mins my window automatically got closed showing my status as a no show and now I will have to repay the fees for another attempt. As this was not a problem from my end they should cancel my this attempt and reschedule it.
