I bought this product on February *th **** and after * months it was not working. So i waited for some time as it was lockdown and then when lockdown was opening. I registered a complaint on the website on june *st. My product was picked up from me by a courier person. The company received the product little little late due to lockdown. They got the product on July * and after' that i waited for ** days without calling or asking the company anything. After that I started calling them and they would say we are replacing the product and you will recieve the update soon. The same they kept on saying for * weeks. Even today there is no update about product. It has been * months since the product has been taken from me and still they are not providing me other replacement.
