I ORDERED A REALME * FROM REALME STORE. BUT RECIEVED DAMAGED PRODUCT. THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT OR RETURN ON THE REALME STORE. ON THE VERY NEXT DAY I SUBMITTED TO SERVICE CENTRE AND GOT DOA CERTIFICATE. I MAILED TO THEM. THEY HAVE ARRANGED ME A PICK UP FOR THE DEVICE. AFTER DELIVERED TO THE SELLER. NO RESPONSE FROM THE REALME. THEY SENT ME A MAIL THAT I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. BUT I DIDNT RECIEVED ANY NEW PRODUCT FROM REALME. NOW I DON'T HAVE PHONE OR MONEY. WHEN I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY CUTTING MY CALL. WHAT CAN I DO!!!
