- Replacement for different model delivered from same brand ^Open

so I got my order on *th june and I had made unboxing video as the amount was huge I got offer so I ordered on myntra and as soon as made video uncut while unboxing and the box was sealed let me tell you this then i got the black watch from casio gshock but the model was different from what was ordered i got different model from same brand with same color just model is different then i asked compnay myntra team to check out on this matter they took * days after my contiunous follow up i had continously contacted them for * days but they had no response and they had one customer loop trap when we call on customer support it says to take the chat option and when we chat it says to take call option and if you are lucky you will get connected with **x* i have to try for them to connect they werent responding for my concern raised then when I had said that ill contact with consumer court and all pressursied them for the complaint so for nothing they just contacted the logistics and said that they item was sealed so return cancel I myself confirm that the item was sealed there was no packing error I just got a different model said them this *** times also mailed the team as well I request you to look into this matter properly I have proof of unbxing video as well its too long around *gb thats why I cant upload that if there is way i can share that too. they just have to close the complaint thats why they had done this the investagtion is totally improper.
