i have ordered Prestige Hard Anodized Induction Tawa along with grocery from Instamart Swiggy with order number ***************. I found tawa size is very small just after delivery and raised concern to Swiggy Instasmart via chat but they denied any kind of replacement / refund. these kind of items are required replacement as with display pic or with mentioned size in CM or Inch no-one can judge relevant size.
if they don't have replacement policy then why don't they put it front of item display that no replacement. this is something cheating customers or why swiggy wants to sell those items.
