I had lodged a repair request for reconnect washing machine, which i purchased in ****.the request is lodged through reliance digital authorised app resq.as I lodged request on **.**.**** I had selected **.**.**** as preferred date for repair and the token money has been deducted from my account on the same day.till date the service is not provided. I am mailing to reliance digital service head.but no resolution is provided as on date.
