I am writing to file a formal complaint against my former landlord, Mr. Ayyappa Abburi, for his failure to return my security deposit after vacating the rented room in his apartment building.

I have been a tenant in Mr. Abburi's apartment building, residing at #**, Hetvik Nivas, *rd cross MSR Green City Layout, Whitefield, Bangalore ******, for the past two years. However, I was unexpectedly asked to vacate the room one month earlier than the agreed-upon date. Consequently, I vacated the premises on May *th, as requested by Mr. Abburi.

Prior to vacating the room, Mr. Abburi assured me that he would return my security deposit without any delay. However, despite multiple attempts to contact him through calls and messages, he has not fulfilled his promise. Moreover, he has resorted to harassment by threatening not to return my money if I persist in requesting its return.
