Dear Concern/Team,
I had taken a two wheeler loan( DHFAFATW***** ) from your company. It has been a year ago. all the installment had been paid on time , Not even a single emi has bounced. Still My Cibil reflects that a Rs. */- is outstanding balnace .
For your conformation, i will let you know that i have not received a single message from start to end date of loan, neither loan approval nor a emi debit.
Even not received my NOC even after * months of closure of loan.
Due to your unnecessary outstanding balance of Rs. */-, My Cibil score comes down from *** to ***.
Now let me know that who's responsible for the same. If my outstanding balance is left than why are you not inform the customer.
My concern is that:
*. Share my loan summary So it can be helpful for understand , From where this huge amount of Rs. */- shows outstanding.
*. If this balance really occurs , than send your representative urgently, so i will pay this huge amount.
*. Inform this scenario to Cibil and upgrade my score without any delay.
Your prompt response will be highly appreciated.
If the same has not resolved in * working days, a legal notice shall follow.
