- Regarding travel package refund ^Open

One of my close friends cheated me with Qnet business. On Sept **** he called me and asked me for doing business. I said no then he convinced me for ***** Rs. Which I thought is not that big amount I gave him. He did not mention anything about business or company name. All he was talking is about trust. I trusted him and gave him **k. After that, he called me * day and asked me to take a personal loan of *-* lac rupees. I said no many times. But again after so many struggles, he convinced me. He helped me in taking the loan from start to end. So lastly he ends up initiating loan amount of * lac **k. I asked him so many times. All these guys do is they talk about friendship and trust. He told me he will give me my money back. All this procedure is done. And then one day he asked me to meet his upline for welcome in business. They guys take us to fancy coffee shops. And talk about leaving the job, buying Audi etc. I was impressed. I have no clue what is happening. Then they mentioned about their company Qnet. I asked them what I have to do. All they say is everything is easy, you don't have to do anything all you have to give is * hrs a day. Everything will be done. I trusted my friend. At that time they told me that out of * lac your friend has purchased a travel package for you. They did not mention anything about product refund status. That I can get a full refund of my product in ** days from the date of purchase. They hide this. After this, I attended *-* sessions there at that time only I told my friend I am not able to do this business. Please get me out of it. He insisted me a lot of time. Then he agrees and told me that I will replace your position with some other guy. I waited for *.* years. And now he is saying rules are changed for replacing the position. He gave me details of my product after *.* years. He is a complete fraud. I don't know what I can do to get my money back. I emailed and called Qnet but they are not responding. Please help me with this. He is not responding to my calls and messages. His name is Ayush Mishra
