I bought a trolley bag from myntra on ** August **** . The delivery date they said was around * or * September but it didn't reached me. I wanted to call them but couldn't reach as there is no way to contact them through phone . I texted but they said sorry it will be delayed and asked to wait till **th September but then i cancelled it.. then i waited for refund but now they have sent a message saying that a refund has been initiated on ** September into my account ending with number _____.
But the number they have given is not my account number.
It means then they might have initiated the refund to someone else account.
I am so much worried from so many days regarding this. And i don't know what to do. Please help .
