I'm having a GTPL broadband connection in Ahmedabad, with ** Mbps speed. For * month, my connection is dropping frequently, speed is also very low sometimes I get ** Mbps, sometimes even less than * Mbps. I called them so many times, have raised lot of complaints, but they close all the complaints without any resolutions, have dropped an email to Nodal officer's email (as Nodal office contact number is also incorrect on their website), but there's no response from them. No one is listening, can someone please help ?
