- Regarding my jet refund money Closed

We have booked tickets via jet airways through goibibo. The flights were cancelled. They have sent a voucher of refund money but did not giving our refund money. It is very difficult to talk with their customer care agents. Everything is computerised now so they are not picking phone.
Please help me in this regard.
