सर मैन आईसीसी कौरल डेबिड कार्ड से बुकमाय शो की साइड से मूवी बुक की थी । चूकि कौरल डेबिड कार्ड में मुझे * मूवी टिकट के साथ * टिकट मुफत देने की बात कार्ड जारी करते समय बैक द्वारा बताई गई थी परंतु मूवी * मूवी टिकट दिनांक **.*.** को दमोह म*प्र* में बुक करने के बाद मुझे एक मुफत वाली टिकट के पैसे वापिस नही मिल है। इस विषय में आईसीआई बैक के कॉल सेंटर में पूछने पर बताया गया कि मैने * बजे के पहले *.** बजे टिकट बुक की है जिससे उक्त मुफत टिकट का लाभ नही मिलेगा।
सर मुझे पहले टिकट बुकिंग के टाइम की जानकारी बैक द्वारा कार्ड जारी करते समय नही दी गई थी तथा कार्ड की टर्म कंडीशन में भी समय का उल्लेेेेख नही है मुझे सहायता करे।
