I have two loans, emi's- Rs.*** & Rs.*** respectively. On *th Sep **** i had maximum sufficient balance in my Bank account for auto-debit EMI, but they debited EMI's on *th Sep ****....due to that they levied Rs. *** x * = Rs.*** as Late Fee Charges.....
It's not my fault, it's theirs & Bank issue......and at last they debited that Late Fee Charges Rs.*** on *th Oct ****.
Is it right ??? For customer harrassment....i mailed, calls several times customer care but they don't refund my money back.
It's a request to you kindly take some action against this company...it's now almost * months and still waiting for my refund.
