Hi Guys,
I just made a query for the computer which I have bought of Brand HP of the following model
Product Presario V****(V****TU)
Serial No: CNF****Y*J
My query was simple my internal hard disk got corrupted I wanted to buy a new one can you please tell me the compatible hard disk which I need to buy.
I just made a call to the maxtone to find about this and they gave the following toll free no: **** *** **** . The above number guys has given be again another toll free no : **** *** **** then the above toll free no has given me another number to find out i.e. **** *** **** the above number guy have given me another number **** *** **** the above number guy has given be another number i.e. **** *** **** . what is this if you can serve people please tell us in single word don’t buy HP laptops. I just wasted my time of nearly * HR for this talking to all above mentioned numbers. If you want you can check the call recording my mobile number is *********, I am going to raise an complaint in consumer court regarding misleading the customers.
Does HP is paying you guys to give another numbers or to provide the details required for the customer.
