I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an issue I faced during my last flight with your listed airline (Fly big). On APR **th, ****, I booked a flight from Guwhati to Tezu with the booking reference number LLL*QU.
I had booked my ticket under the student quota and i had paid for it in full. However, during the check-in process, I was informed that there was an error in your airline's software, which resulted in my booking being displayed as a senior citizen ticket which was not mentioned in the Itenary ticket. As a result, an additional charge of **** rupees was pay as fare.
While I understand that technical issues can occur, what disappoints me is that your airline did not accept or acknowledge the error in their software. This not only caused me an inconvenience but also resulted in an unnecessary additional charge.
Furthermore, I had already checked-in online and had my online boarding pass with me. It is disappointing that such errors were not detected earlier and I was informed of this additional charge only at the airport.
I have attached a screenshot of the additional fees that I was charged, along with my ticket and online check-in pass for your reference. I request you to look into this matter urgently and refund the additional amount that I was charged for this technical error. It is important to ensure that your passengers are not inconvenienced due to errors in your software.
