I have booked ticket and my amount was debited from my account on **.**.**** and straight forward I got a call and mail from travolook saying that due to price hike your ticket got with reference number and the amount will be refunded within * working days but nothing happened thereafter. Many complaints has been raised in their website on the same matter everwhere. Please do something to stop these frauds. It our hard earned money and they are just looting us in a very simple manner and nobody is taking actions on these cheaters.
