- Refusal to replace a sofa Open

A Godrej Oakland sofa with multiple major defects was requested to replace with a different model, which the owner name Vikash Agarwal of N.G.Marcentile Guwahati Assam refused to replace. Though the company was intimidated was reluctant to resolve the issue.
Now I am deeply distressed.
Kindly give me some suggestion.
