I ordered a brand new mobile phone (blackberry classic black) but recieved a renewed or refurbished one that too with a local charger and headset was not of that classic model on ** jan ****. Immediately after knowing this i contacted amazon customer service for replacement or refund.they told me to wait for * days and later refused to replace or refund it .i want u to plz help me in either replacing this item or get me my refund .
