Hi Team, Due to Covid ****, my flight which was scheduled for May **, **** was cancelled and full refund was offered by Indigo. Staying by their word, Indigo processed the funds for RS ***** from their end on July *th ****, to Cleartrip, my booking agent. PNR KLIDMD (Onward Sector) Trip ID ************. Since then I am trying to get the details on the refund, however Cleartrip is not processing them and are sitting with my funds over a month now with out giving a proper explanation. Further to this, the query ticket which was raised for refund has now been closed from their end but the refund is not initiated yet. Please help me out for my refunds.
