Dear Sir,
I have booked a ticket from yatra, Yatra reference no. ************ ie spicejet flight with pnr noTJ***B from port blair to delhi on **/*/**.for Rs****, but it got cancelled due to covid. I requested spicejet and got it refunded but it went to yatra as I have booked from them, yatra people without our permission they have kept in non expirable yatra cash on */*/**. rs ****.**. moreover they have cut again rs ***. i have written many emails to yatra to refund my money but they are not responding only kept in credit shell, I am not willing to travel anymore why they are not refunding my money. moreover they have to pay interest for my money but they are cutting my money as it is already paid by spicejet airline,
