I bought Mi A* black *gb ram and **gb Rom along with Mi Protect and received package on **th aug ****. Due to some reason I cancelled Mi protect on **th aug **** by directly contacting through Oneassist(Insurance Provider). They Mentioned clearly in their site that If Mi protect cancelled within **day of activation we will get ***% refund money back. And I got my refund money about *** rupees on **st aug **** instead of *** Rupees. I called oneassit and explained my original money is *** Rs and they told me that from our side it's only *** Rs for the rest of the amount you should contact Mi assist. Immediately I called Mi assist and they filed complaint and they assured me that i will get a call on *rd Sept ****. But they failed to contact me. From that day onwards I called everyday regarding my issue and they are replying you will get a from our side by tomorrow. even now today I don't get a call from them. So i want to file a complaint and I want to get my refund completely.
