I had booked flight tickets on travolook online travel portal on *th October ****. I paid through my credit card and amount of Rs.****. I got a mail saying, if I don't get the confirmed tickets in ** mins, the amount will be refunded. I waited for **min and called their customer care no. ***********. I was on hold for over **min and finally got through to speak to one of their customer support staff. I was asked to wait for * to ** days for refund. I had been regularly following up with Travolook to resolve this issue. Their response by customer support staff is tuned to say please wait for * to ** days, have patience amount will be refunded. My credit card company has raised the monthly statement along with disputed amount for me to pay. During these rough financial period, its become a very big challenge to payi for this disputed amount. When I insist the customer support staff of Travolook, they disconnect the calls. Please help me with this matter. I have messaged them on Twitter, Instagram, by mail and by call. Nothing seems to be helping.
