I requested to Shopperstop team for my refund for the product [Order ID: ********* ]. I had previously contacted the customer care team regarding the refund of the product, which was not up to my expectations. Despite multiple requests, I have not received any response or resolution from them, which has left me quite disappointed.
PFA multiple complaints I have raised from past *days for the same.
I would like to remind you that I have returned the product within the stipulated time frame, and I have received the confirmation over a call from Shoppersstopteam(Tamay & Om Prakash) as well. However, I have not yet received the refund amount for the same.
