I purchased dran buster beyblade x product on **rd september **** from amazon . The wrong/ different product Driger *-**P got delivered to me on ** September. I filed a return request of different product received and the next day pickup boy of amazon came to take the product but he refused to take the product saying the wrong product was not updated in his system . I again filed return request and my pickup was succesfully done . When my refund was not issued i contacted amazon they say we have investigated u returned the wrong product so we cannot issue your refund nor replacement and also we have disposed the product . I have returned what i received still they are not giving me refund nor replacement . Please help me .
