Hi,
I had booked a flight for my father and grandmother for the *th of May from IXE-BOM it was a refundable ticket that I booked clearly it was mentioned as refundable cancellation fee will be Rs.***.Due to the ongoing covid situation and cases rising to the peak as well as there being a lockdown in Mumbai i decided to cancel the journey as my grandmother is old and when I went ahead with the refund process ease my trip dint even show me the refund amount it was hidden and finally when I confirmed it I got a mail saying Rs.** had been refunded?
Why do these people even bother to erefund that much they better keep it to themselves this is utter nonsense I am very disappointed with their services , not acceptable at all.
Pathetic experience never in my life would I use their application if this is how you treat the customer.
Requesting you to look into this matter please.
