I booked a flight of Goair on **nd June. The upcoming journey was on the *nd of july. Due to some reasons the flight got cancelled and I was told that I will get a full refund when I told the customer official of Goair that I want to cancel my booking and the amount will reflect within * days ! But till now I didnt receive a refund. Even after I cancelled my flight I didn't get a confirmation mail of my cancellation. The official just told me that if I didn't receive the. I have to talk with the website or app through which I did my booking. And now after repeated requests and requests to the paytm customer service , they are trying to mock me and telling me that if I want to reschedule then I can reschedule, but I have already cancelled my flight for which I opted for a refund. But till now no money has been refunded to me. I have the audio file too in which the customer official of Goair said that he had initiated my refund and will reflect within * days .
I request you to please help me with the issue.
Paytm is saying that I cancelled my ticket once and again they are saying that I should reschedule. But the flight was cancelled by themselves so I should already get a full refund.
