Hello,
I have paid my Level Up Loan Amount Rs. ****/- towards Truebalance from Google Pay on **-**-****. But it is not updated yet in the Truebalance App. But the amount was debited from my Account. They said it will refunded to my account with in * to ** days but till now i didn't receive any refund from their side to my account. They are also not responding in proper way. Please help me to get the refund
