The product delivered to me was clearly used and was dirty and stained all over. I got the delivery at *th of December and raised the issue at the same exact day to get it resolved. I emailed the necessary proofs and raised the issue. after *-* days of proof sending and emails. I have been told that the ticket is closed and the reason is "Same Product Is Delivered" Even if that was not my issue in the first place. now I am not getting my refund and the compony is not replying my emails from the last *-* days. I tried talking to a costumer care executive but there is no way to talk to an actual person I could only chat to a chatbot and my emails were never replied.
