I had a trip from New Delhi to San Francisco scheduled for August *, ****. This cost me Rs **,*** when I made the booking.
Later, when I found a much cheaper ticket, I decided to cancel my earlier booking because MMT showed that I'd get a refund of Rs **,***.
Hence, I cancelled the original booking and made a new one for another date.
Until * days, MMT was showing that the refund will be processed soon. However, today it updated saying "No Refund". I would not have cancelled my original booking if MMT had surfaced the correct details originally.
As evidence, I have screenshots of the refund promised by MMT when I cancelled my booking.
