I placed an order for a MacBook Pro m* on Aptronix’s website on June **, ****, and made the full payment via credit card. However, even after a week, I have not received any confirmation or shipping details for my order. I have been in contact with customer care, and on June **, ****, they informed me that the product is out of stock. I promptly requested a refund, but to date, I have not received any information about the refund process. Each time I contact them for an update on when I can expect the refund, I am told it is beyond their control. This situation is concerning because my funds are stuck, preventing me from ordering from other vendors. Feels like a corporate loot by taking up orders and not delivering the order. Even not refunding the amount early if the stock is not available. This is not even a refund from damaged or returned product. Till date I haven't received any refund
