after ** days i didn't get the refund.so i contacted customer service and logged a complaint.So they initiate the refund process.its jan ** now, during this period i contacted customer service * or * times.first they said it was bank issue.so i resend
bank details.there is no response till now and it's been * month.hope to get the refund of ****. i really need that money
