am your customer for past **yrs and my issue is i had Two wheeler loan in IDFC Bank vide Loan no.*******, in this regard i had missed only one EMI it is on Dec'** and bounce charges was deducted and at the same time IDFC collection person came and collected the EMI amount from me and also i had closed my loan last month with all the penalties and inspite of that my account is been deducting bounce charges of Rs.***/- so many times still now, find my account statement (I had highlighted all your charges for your easy reference) for your reference.
I had taken this issue with IDFC Bank and they told it is not their issue and my account has been closed with their bank and they gave me a letter to check wit my branch, find the attached letter for your reference.
I went to my SBI branch and informed the issue but the manager didn't response me and for courtesy also they didn't get the letter from me.
Please check this issue and do the needful as soon as possible.
