Order placed through Febonic Living.

I received an email from Febonic Living stating that they had detected quality control issues with the bed and required additional time before shipment. A revised shipping date of ** April **** was communicated.

I requested an update and was informed that shipment was further delayed due to labour-related issues. As the order had still not shipped and there had already been multiple delays, I cancelled the order by email.

Febonic Living confirmed cancellation of the order and requested my bank account details for the refund. I provided the details immediately. The company stated that the refund would reflect in my account within approximately ** days.

After no refund was received, I followed up. Febonic Living responded that they were waiting for a Return to Vendor (RTV) process to be completed and that the product had not yet been received at their warehouse. This explanation was confusing because the product had never been delivered to me and therefore could not have been returned by me.

After repeated follow-ups, I was informed by email that the refund would be processed within **–** hours.

As no refund was received, I followed up again. I was informed that refund details had been forwarded to the bank and that the refund would be processed after verification within **–** hours.

Still no refund was received. I was informed by email that the refund was being processed that day and that transfer details would be provided within **–** hours.
Subsequent Follow-ups
Additional assurances were provided through WhatsApp, including commitments that the refund would be processed and credited shortly. Despite these repeated commitments, the refund has still not been received.
The company also provided a Razorpay reference as proof of refund. However, the screenshot displayed a transaction marked as "Type: Sale" and did not include a refund reference number, ARN, or UTR despite my requests.
As of today, more than two months have passed since the order cancellation and the refund of ₹**,*** remains unpaid.
I request immediate refund of ₹**,*** along with appropriate compensation for the prolonged delay, inconvenience, repeated follow-ups, and deficiency in service.
