They have finalised a property for rent and sent a confirmation email detailing the rent and advance details. I have paid a token advance of Rs **,***/- for the same. But when I contacted the owner, he was not aware of the finalisation by the No Broker, and he is not ready to provide as per the confirmation letter, saying it is not binding on me. No Broker has not contacted the owner to fix the rent and advance amount during finalisation, and they cheated me. When I ask for the refund amount as per the confirmation letter and payment receipt, there is no reply from their end.
