Dear Sir,
My daughter attended demo classes in the month of May **, during course as per teacher guidance we enrolled full year couse for std * and paid Rs *****, in the next day daughter having issues with the class and we requested for refund of amount. Teacher also promised for refund for any issue and raise request in two to three days time. After regular followup with oda class, they agreed for refund of amount, taken account details for refund dated *th june, after that we are not getting any response in mail Or calls.
Request you kindly look into the case. Its already delayed
