Contacted you-broadband for new internet connection they said address was ok for connection & pay the amount so they can proceed to install the new connection so I paid **** amount on *th June.
but after few days they said address is not ok for new connection I raised the refund request according to you-broadband policy refund amount should get within ** days.
many times I raised the complaint to the you-broadband customer care but no action was taken.
but now its been * months, but no refund from you-broadband
