Kindly note that my son was admitted in Resonance Eduventures Ltd. in ****-** for IIT-JEE coaching purposes.
In the start of year **** key faculty from Resonance resigned jointly and therefore we also applied for exit of my son from the institute. Subsequently Resonance gave us a receipt for refund of proportionate fee in the month of Feb-****, but till date the institute has not refunded.
Request to kindly resolve the issue and help me to get the refund of fee.
