I had booked a flight from Pune to Bangalore, and from Bangalore to Chennai through GOIBIBO. My PNR was XUEVRB. My flight was cancelled by Air India Express due to operational reasons. I then filed a refund claim from the airline as well as GOIBIBO.COM. On ** July, Air India Express informed me that a partial refund of Rs ****/- has been credited in the account of Goibibo.com i.e. the travel partner. On ** July I received a SMS from Goibibo.com that no REFUND IS DUE to me, and the case is closed from their side. Since then, I have tried to contact their customer service innumerable times without any result. An amount of Rs ****/- is pending with Goibibo.com till date.
