My money was deducted from my credit card during the booked flight ticket on **/**/**** as reference given I'd REF********* and the name of BRIJNANDAN PRASAD from - Patna to Ahmedabad , this ticket was canceled from Travolook site/Agency ( support@travolook.in) end after ** minutes at the same time & date. But after some time was send a mail to agency travolook for refund and As per his reply via mail by support@travolook.in on date **-july ** time *.** pm ,said some word (Please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within **-** working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday).. but ** to ** days has been completed and extra days has gone beyond and completed approx. * month with working days but refund of this payment cannot be credited in my account till date.
Now therefore you're requested to Kindly look into the matter and issue necessary instructions to the concerned authorities to repay my money without any deduction of any charges since the ticket has been cancelled by the same firm.
